bead sort is a free, single-player color sorting puzzle built around little faceted beads. Move connected colors, keep room in your tray, and return each bead to its matching place before the clock runs out. Start with a flower and work toward detailed landscapes and shaped pictures.
How to play bead sort
Three simple steps. Plenty of little decisions.
Lift a color
Tap a loose bead to lift its connected group of the same color. Diagonal neighbors count, too. The bead you tap moves first.
Make a little room
Tap an empty tray slot to move beads off the board. Your tray fills from the left and keeps empty spaces at the end.
Bring it home
Tap an empty board space with a matching color. Beads settle one at a time, and correctly placed beads stay locked. Fill the picture before time runs out.

Your bead sort questions, answered
A few things to know about bead sort.
When does the countdown start?
Only your first successful bead selection starts the clock. Looking at a picture or zooming does not start it. Use Pause whenever you need a break.
Why can’t I move a bead?
Beads already on their matching color are locked. A loose group can move into empty tray spaces or empty matching spaces on the board. If there is only room for part of the group, the rest stays selected.
What happens when time runs out?
You’ll see how much of the picture you completed. Revive for three more minutes and keep your arrangement, or retry the original arrangement. Revival is free in this version; a retry costs 5 energy.
How does energy work?
Starting a picture costs 5 energy. One energy returns each full minute, up to 50. Open the energy button for free recovery. Continuing a saved picture costs no extra energy.
Will my progress be saved?
Completed pictures are saved in this browser, without an account. An unfinished picture is kept for 30 minutes after refreshing or leaving the page. Choosing to leave the picture from inside the game discards that unfinished arrangement. Progress does not sync between devices.
